n.b. The AGAR document is a scan as the Accounts and Audit Regulations requirement is for a physical ‘wet ink’ signature
on the original AGAR. This does not allow Boughton Aluph & Eastwell Parish Council to fully comply with the AccessibilityRegulations. The National Audit Office are aware that the two pieces of legislation are not compatible.
