Audit legislation requires a physical ‘wet ink’ signature on the original Annual Governance and Accountability Return. This does not allow parish councils to comply with the Accessibility Regulations. Please be advised that the documentation is scanned and therefore cannot comply with Accessibility Regulations. 

The documents have not yet undergone examination by the external auditor. This will occur by 30 September. 

Update 1 October 2026

The Parish Council has now received the audited AGAR and completion notice from the external auditor (please see both documents uploaded below).

Update as at 30 September 2026

The Parish Council is unable to publish the audited AGAR and completion notice by 30 September in line with the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 because it is awaiting the audit report from the external auditor. The Parish Council will publish as soon as these documents are made available.
