Grant Funding awarded to Dads Unlimted

Dads Unlimited has recently been awarded a £300 grant to support their counselling work. The Parish Council were very pleased to help with a grant towards their work, which includes supporting Dads in Boughton Aluph & Eastwell Parish.

Dads Unlimited is a locally based (also working across the UK) award-winning charity that supports the emotional safety of men and those they care about.

The charity supports the wellbeing of Dads through family separation with one-to-one mentoring, helping them to achieve a positive ongoing relationship with their children, reducing parental conflict and improving co-parenting relationships.

They also support male-victims of Domestic Abuse in Kent and Medway to provide them with emotional and practical support, to reduce risk, increase safety, and to protect them and their families from harm.

We challenge attitudinal and societal barriers to meaningful fatherhood and positive masculinity.
