Kent County Council has advised the following (note that the closure is for the whole road length).

Urgent Road Closure - Wye Road, Boughton Aluph - 21st October 2024 (Ashford)

It will be necessary to close Wye Road, Boughton Aluph from 21st October 2024 for up to 5 days.

The road will be closed between the junctions of Canterbury Road and Faversham Road.

The alternative route is via: Canterbury Road, Faversham Road, Burton Road and vice versa.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
